International UG Scholarships 2017 at University of Sydney

Applications has invited by University of Sydney, Australia for Dr. Abdul Kalam International UG Scholarships for students pursuing full-time undergraduate by coursework program in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies at the University of Sydney for 2017 sessions.

Dr Abdul Kalam was the 11th President of India. A distinguished scientist and aeronautical engineer by training, the Dr Kalam International Postgraduate Scholarships celebrate his commitment to education and his endeavours to support outstanding students to develop as future leaders.

Scholarship Details

The scholarship covers 50% of the tuition fees for a maximum of one year.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, an applicant must:

Be an international student.

Have a full/unconditional offer of admission for a full-time undergraduate program in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies at the University of Sydney by the Scholarship application deadline.

Have completed an Australian year 12 qualification, or an international senior secondary qualification equivalent to an ATAR of at least 98.

Not currently hold another primary Scholarship from the University of Sydney.

Selection Procedure

Applicants will be assessed on their academic merit by the university; the Scholarship shall be awarded on the recommendation of the Associate Dean (Education) or their nominee.

Applicants must complete an online scholarship application and include their most recent Year 11 and 12 school reports (last two years of secondary school) by the Scholarship closing date.
