OP Jindal University Sonipat MA in Public Policy Program 2016
Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP) offers India’s pioneering Masters Program in Public Policy (MPP) in two modes i.e. Residential and Non-residential (for working professionals).
2year full-time, residential and non-residential degree programmes will commence from 01st August 2016; the students are required to successfully complete 16 courses spread over four semesters, write a dissertation and undertake eight weeks of internship.
Residential: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university in India or abroad, no work experience required. There is no age limit.
Non-Residential: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university in India or abroad, at least two year of relevant work experience is required. There is no age limit.
Scholarships: The University offers generous scholarships based on merit and means criteria, and Haryana domicile category, ranging from partial to full tuition fee waiver.
Residential – Program Fee Rs.3 lakhs per annum (unchanged in the 2nd year); fee for Food, Accommodation & Laundry Rs 1.85 lakhs per annum (Subject to change in the 2nd year); total Rs.4.85 lakhs per annum.
Non-Residential – Fee Rs.2 lakhs in the first year and Rs.2 lakh in the second year.
Education Loans – JGU has tie-ups with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, AVANSE and SBI to facilitate educational loans to students.
How to Apply?
Apply online at www.jsgp.edu.in. There is nominal application fee of Rs.1000/-; the candidate will have to sit for an online Public Policy Entrance Test (PPET) conducted by JSGP followed by a telephonic interview.
