NIOH and SVNIRTAR Bachelor Courses 2017 through Common Entrance Test
NIOH and SVNIRTAR has invited applications for admission to BPT BOT BPO programs for 2017 session through Common Entrance Test 2017.
Courses Offered by SVNIRTAR, Cuttack and NIOH, Kolkata under CET 2017
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4 Yrs. + 6 Months Internship)
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (4 Yrs. + 6 Months Internship)
- Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics (4 Yrs. + 6 Months Internship)
Courses offered by NIOH are affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences; Kolkata & SVNIRTAR are affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
BPT Course (4 years + 6 months): 10+2 (Higher/Senior Secondary Exam) ISc or equivalent-recognized exam with subjects Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology (B) and English with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST & PH applicants.
BOT Course (4 years + 6 months): 10+2 (Higher/Senior Secondary Exam) ISc or equivalent-recognized examination with subjects-Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology (B) and English with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST & PH applicants.
BPO Course (4 years + 6 months): 10+2 (Higher/Senior Secondary Exam) I Sc or equivalent-recognized examination with subjects Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology(B) or Mathematics (M) and English with minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST & PH applicants.
The applicants who have appeared in the qualifying exam with essential subjects and results are awaited, can also apply and appear in the entrance test.
Merit list/Waiting list will be generated on the basis of marks obtained in the CET 2017.
The result and schedule of counseling will be available on the websites www.niohkol.nic.in or www.nirtar.nic.in by stipulated date; the applicants are advised to appear for counseling based on result published on website.
How to Apply?
Information Brochure & Application Form can be downloading from the University website www.niohkol.nic.in. Applicants may apply online or offline.
Online Application: The applicant will have to submit online at www.niohkol.nic.in (The submission will be confirmed only on receipt of Hard Copy of Application form & valid Demand Draft (DD)).
Offline (Manual) Application Form: The applicant will have to take a print-out of the application form available on our website, fill it up as per instructions and send by speed-post along with a valid Demand Draft (DD) to “The filled-in Application Form complete in all respect should be submitted either by Online Mode or in a person or by post so as to reach office of Chairman, CET-2017, C/o Director (Office), National Institute for the Orthopaedically Handicapped, BT Road, Bonhooghly, Kolkata”.
