Ayurveda PG Courses 2017 | Government of Kerala PG Medical Entrance Exam in Ayurveda for MD Admission 2017

The Government of Kerala has invited applications for the entrance examinations for admission to Post Graduate Medical Degree Courses in Ayurveda for the year 2017 in Government Ayurveda Colleges at Thiruvananthapuram, Tripunithura, Kannur, VPSV Ayurveda College, Kottackal, Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur and at Parassinikadavu Ayurveda College, Kannur in the following specialities:

i) Kayachikitsa ii) Salakyathantra iii) Rasasastra iv) Bhaishajyakalpana v) Dravyaguna vi) Swasthawritha vii) Prasoothithantra & Streeroga viii) Ayurveda Sidhantha & Darsana ix) Panchakarma x) Kaumarabhrithya xi) Salyathantra xii) Manasika xiii) Agadathantra xiv) Kriyasareera xv) Roganidanam

Ayurveda PG Courses Eligibility Criteria 2017

Nativity: The applicant should be an Indian Citizen. Applicants claiming Community or Category reservation should produce documents for Kerala origin along with their Nationality proof.

Academic Eligibility: Applicants must have passed the BAM / Ayurvedacharya / BAMS from the colleges having CCIM recognition and BAMS Degree of Universities of Kerala or its equivalent degree recognized by the University of Kerala with 50% of marks for theory and practical separately in each subject.

However, exemption for minimum marks prescribed for admission for MD (Ay) is granted to the students who have passed the BAMS / BAM examination before 1995 from the Universities of Kerala without 50% of marks for theory and practical.

Age: Applicant must not be over 45 years of age as on 31st July 2017, subject to relaxation of five years in the case of SC/ST applicants and Service Quota applicants.

CEE Kerala PG (MD) Ayurveda Selection Procedure 2017

Selection of applicants except for the seats reserved under Service Quota for Teaching Staff of Government and Govt. Aided Ayurveda Colleges in the State, Medical Officers of the Dept. of ISM and the applicant sponsored by the Lakshadweep Administration will be made based on the Entrance Exam to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Thiruvananthapuram.

Prospectus & Online Application Form will be Available on the Web: October 15th, 2017

Applications have to be submitted online from October 16th to October 19th, 2017 (05.00 PM)

Application Procedure for CEE Kerala PG Ayurveda Programme 2017

The Prospectus can be downloaded from the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from October 15th 2017 onwards.

All applicants including Service Applicants seeking admission to the PG Degree Courses in Ayurveda (MD Ayurveda) can apply in the Online application form available from 16th October 2017 provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and then remit the required fee by way of online payment or by way of e-challan available during the submission of online application.

Payment through e-challan can be made in cash at, Head/Sub-post offices in Kerala. After remitting the required application fee upload photo and signature of the applicants and all necessary certificates /Documents, Mark Sheet-Cum-Result Certificate of AIAPGET-2017.

Service Applicants (Medical Officer of the Department of I.S.M) should sent their Application by taking printout of the online application affixing passport size photograph (same Photo uploaded in AIAPGET-2017) attested by a Gazetted Officer along with NOC (No Objection Certificate) and all necessary Certificates to the Director, Directorate of Ayurveda Medical Education, Arogyabhavan, MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram.

No need to send the printout of the application or any documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

The application fee is Rs.1000/- for General/Service applicants and Rs.500/- for SC/ST Applicants.
