SSAHE AIUGET 2016 for MBBS BDS BE Courses

Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (SSAHE) Tumkur will be conducting All India Under Graduate Entrance Test (SSAHE AIUGET 2016) for Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses on May 28th 2016 (Saturday) at various Test Centres for applicants seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and BE in the constituent college, namely Sri Siddharatha Medical College, Sri Sidhartha Dental College and Sri Siddhartha Institute for 2016-17 sessions.

Courses Seat Availability

MBBS Courses: 130 total Seats (Gen Merit – 104 seats for 80% to be filled by University).

BDS Course: 40 total Seats (Gen Merit – 32 seats for 80% to be filled by University).

B.E. in following disciplines: Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Comm. Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering (Seats: To be notified).

Reservation: Reservation of Seats (SC/ST) as per Govt of Karnataka rules.

Eligibility Criteria for SSAHE AIUGET 2016

Applicant who has passed the second year Pre-University or 12th standard or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology in respect of Engineering courses and Physics, Chemistry & Biology in respect of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the language.

It is mandatory, that the applicant has obtained not less then 50% of the aggregate marks or equivalent grade in the optional subjects is eligible for admission.

40% in case of applicants belonging to reserved category for Medical, Dental & Engineering Courses.

Age Limit: The applicant should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2016.

How to Apply?

Applicants who interested to apply for SSAHE AIUGET 2016 may apply both of modes Online/ Offline.

It is available on the University website, which can be filled and submitted.

It is available from the university website in the PDF format, which can be downloading, OR the applicant can directly get the application form the University office.

Filled application form along with all necessary document and the Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.2000/- for three subjects or Rs.2500/- for four subjects, payable at Tumkur drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Registrar, SSAHE Tumkur has to reach Registered Post or submitted in person to the Registrar’s Office SSAHE, Tumkur on or before last date.

Submission of Application Form

Online Application Form: Application form after filling the details can be submitted online on or before 25th April 2016, However, it is mandatory to submit the downloaded registration form (after submitting the online application form) along with all necessary enclosure and demand draft to the address given below on or before 02nd May 2016.

Offline Application Form: Filled application form along with all necessary enclosure and demand draft to be sent to the address given below on or before 02nd May 2016 Office of “The Registrar Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education Agalakote, B.H Road Tumkur-572107 (Karnataka)”.

Syllabus for SSAHE AIUGET 2016

The question papers in all four subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology will be based on the I and II PUC syllabi or equivalent.

Duration, Question Paper & Answer Sheets.

All the question Papers are set in English and will be of objective type. Question paper is Physics, Chemistry will have 100 questions 120 minimum duration and that for Mathematics and Biology each question paper will have 50 questions (60 min. duration). Each question paper will have 4 versions

The applicant will have to make use of Optical Marks Reader (OMR) sheet as answer sheet, which will be supplied along with question paper in the beginning of each test session to mark the correct answer. Each correct answer will fetch one mark.

There will be no negative marks.
