JEE Advanced 2017 Admit Card

Applicants who successfully complete registering for JEE (Advanced) 2017 can download the admit card from the online registration portal (http://jeeadv.iitb.ac.in).

The admit card will bear the following details of the applicant: Name, Roll number for JEE (Advanced) 2017, photograph, signature, date of birth, address for correspondence, category and language of the question paper.

In addition, it will have the name and address of the examination centre allotted to the applicant.

Applicants must carefully examine the entries in the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, contact the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2017 of the respective zonal IIT.

In case the admit card is not available for downloading, the candidate should contact the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2017 of the respective zonal IIT.

A copy of the downloaded admit card should be produced at the time of examination. The original admit card will be issued to the candidate during the Paper 1 examination. This original admit card must be retained safely till all the formalities of admission are complete.

Schedule for downloading admit card: May 10th 2017 (Wednesday, 10.00 AM) to May 21st 2017 (Sunday, 09.00 AM)

Question Papers Details for JEE Advanced 2017

There are two question papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Each question paper will consist of three separate sections viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The syllabi are given in 30. SYLLABI.

The question papers will consist of objective type (multiple choice) and numerical answer type questions designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of applicants.

Incorrect answers to some of the questions will be awarded negative marks.

The question paper will be in either English or Hindi. Applicants should exercise the choice of question paper language while registering for JEE (Advanced) 2017. Change of question paper language will NOT be entertained after the registration.

Results of JEE Advanced 2017

Results will be declared June 11th 2017 (Sunday, 10.00 AM). All India Rank (AIR) and Category Rank of successful applicants will be available on the online portal after the results are declared.

Individual rank cards will NOT be sent to applicants.

Obtaining a rank in JEE (Advanced) 2017 does not guarantee admission to IITs or ISM.
