Pattern of Competitive Entrance Exam (CPMEE-2017)
The Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination 2017 would consist of one paper of 200 marks containing 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be answered on the specifically designed machine-gradable OMR Sheet; the MCQs will be from the syllabus of 10+2 exam of various boards; the duration of paper would be 2½ hours.
The general standard of the Competitive Entrance Exam will be that of 12th class under the 10+2 Scheme/Intermediate Science. No syllabus has been prescribed by the ACEE for the CPMEE-2017.
Scoring & Negative Marking
There is no negative marking; all the questions will be objective type with multiple choices (A, B, C & D), of which, only one choice will be the most appropriate response/answer.
Each correct answer shall be awarded ONE mark; Zero marks shall be given to no response and incorrect answer; more than one choices indicated against a question shall be considered as incorrect response/answer and ZERO mark will be given.
Date & Time of Exam
All Applicants will be required to appear in Competitive Entrance Examination (CPMEE-2017), which will be conducted by the ACEE; the venue and time of the exam will be communicated to the Applicants through the Admit Card.
No Applicant will be allowed to appear in the examination unless he/she holds a valid Admit Card. The CPMEE-2017 will be held on September 10th, 2017 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
Language of Question Paper
Question paper of CPMEE-2017 will be both in English and Hindi according to the choice of Applicants. An Applicant must select in the space provided in the application form whether he/she prefers to have the question paper in English or Hindi.
CPMEE 2017 Exam Centre
Applicants should indicate their choice of city for exam centre; the choice of city for exam centre once opted will not be changed and any request for such a change will not be entertained:
Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Haldwani, Jammu, Lucknow, Patna

CPMEE 2017 Admit Card
The Admit Cards of all Applicants eligible to appear in the examination will be hosted on the website of ACEE (www.aceeindia.org) as per the schedule mentioned under ‘IMPORTANT DATES AT A GLANCE’.
The Applicants are advised to download their Admit Cards from the ACEE website (www.aceeindia.org).
Admit Cards will also be sent to all eligible Applicants at their postal address; the Office of the Secretary, ACEE, shall not be responsible for non-receipt or delay of Admit Cards due to the loss in transit or any other ground.
In case the Admit Card is not received 3 days prior to the date of CPMEE-2017, the Applicant should visit the official website of ACEE (www.aceeindia.org) and print they are admitted cards by entering application number.
The internet admits card must be printed and brought at the allotted examination centre along with original photo ID, one photocopy of photo ID and one photograph.
The Admit Card will bear the Applicant’s roll number, centre code, name & venue of exam centre, Applicant’s name, address, photograph and signature.
