UGVCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

  • The Basic Minimum Eligibility criteria for UGVCL Recruitment 2022 are given below for candidates to refer to before applying for UGVCL Recruitment 2022.

Age Limit

  • Candidate shall be up to 28 years for unreserved candidate 05 years relaxation shall be given for reserved category.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Apprentice (Electrical) – Passed with a Minimum of 55% in Regular B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the year 2019 to 2021 is granted by a statutory University.

UGVCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

  • Selection for engagement of Apprentices would be on the merit prepared based on marks obtained by the candidate in the result of degree examination subject to documents verification. In case of a similar number in merit, a person of higher age would be considered. No canvassing or influencing would be acceptable and may render for non-consideration.

UGVCL Apprentice Stipend

  • Present Stipend is Rs. 9000/- per month which GUVNL may amend from time to time during the Apprentice engagement period. The Apprentice trainee is not eligible for any TA-DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of training.
  • The Company will not provide any financial assistance toward transportation

How to Apply?

  • Candidates are required to submit an ONLINE Application only.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of eligibility criteria and selection modalities before submitting of application
  • The Apprenticeship is a period of 1 (One) Year purely on a contractual basis. UGVCL shall no obligation to offer regular employment to Apprentices during and/or after the completion of the apprenticeship period.
  • Eligible candidates will be called for Interviews. No traveling fare will be paid to any candidate for attending the interview.
  • Candidates are requested to apply only if they are fulfilling the requisite criteria. Since we are not seeking all the documents at the time of the Online application candidate has to ensure that he fulfills all the requisite criteria fully. All the documents of selected Candidates shall be verified at the appropriate stage and if found not fulfilling any criteria, his/her candidature shall be canceled immediately.
  • Candidates are requested to visit ugvcl.com for regular updates regarding further instructions.

Document Required

  • The documents of selected Candidates shall be asked by UGVCL at the time of the documents verification process and the list of such documents is listed below:
  • Online application form along with One (01) recent passport size photograph.
  • Photocopies of School leaving Certificate
  • Mark sheets of all Semesters with Degree/Provisional Certificate.
  • Certificate from the Institute/ University mentioning percentage marks obtained in case grading system is in place.
  • Caste (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) Certificate/Disability Certificate (if applicable).
  • Identification Proof (Voter ID/ Pan Card/ Aadhar Card/Driving License etc).
  • Residential Address Proof (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Ration Card/ Aadhar Card, etc).
  • The Company reserves the right to short-list and select any candidate as per the requirement of the Company and to reject candidature in the event of detecting the candidate’s ineligibility at any stage.
  • Mere submission of the application does not guarantee the adequacy of candidature for being considered for the further selection process.
  • After successful completion of the Apprenticeship period, the candidates shall be relieved from their respective offices.
  • The decision of Management will be final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full, higher qualification, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
  • Canvassing in any form shall automatically disqualify the candidate.
