PhD Admission 2018 | Phd Admission 2018 in Economics
Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Noida invites application for admissions to Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics Program offered in the Department of Economics for 2018 sessions.
PhD Eligibility 2018
Students who have or will have a Masters degree (in any discipline) may apply. Prior economics training is not required.
PhD Admission Process
The first step in the admission process is a written test held across six cities in India: NCR, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Applicants will be informed about the venue of the test at least a week before the exam date. The written test will be held on May 2018.

Completed application forms should reach SNU by April 2018
PhD applicants must submit three reference letters and a statement of purpose in support of their application.
Applications can be submitted by email or by post. Reference letters in sealed envelopes can be sent by post along with the application or can be directly sent by referees to email@example.com.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to be held at the Shiv Nadar University campus; the date for the interview is May 2018
The department will reimburse candidates selected for interview with AC 3 tier fare
In addition, the students need to provide reference letters from at least three referees
PhD Application Fees
Ph.D. applicants need to send a draft for INR 1000 in favor of “Shiv Nadar University” payable at New Delhi.
