Nirma University PhD Entrance Test 2017

Nirma University Ahmedabad has invited applications for admission to Phd Programme for 2017 sessions.

Eligibility for Nirma University Phd Admission 2017

A Master’s degree or equivalent degree recognized by Nirma University with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. Applicants appearing in final examination can also apply provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria by June 30, 2017.

Admission Procedure for Phd Admission 2017

Application Form: The application forms can be downloaded from the website and the completed application form should be sent along with demand draft (DD) of Rs.1000/- favouring “Institute of Management, Nirma University” payable at Ahmedabad.

Selection Procedure for Nirma University Admission 2017

The admission selection process consists of two stages:

Entrance TestThe applicants are required to appear in the admission test to be conducted by the Institute of Management, Nirma University. (However NET/SLET/Teacher Fellowship/M.Phil qualified applicants are exempted from the Admission Test). The test will be held on April 30th 2017 at 10.00 AM at following centres: Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Pune.

Personal Interview: Applicants short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test will be called for Personal Interviews.

The final selection for admission would be based on the applicant’s performance in the Entrance Test and Personal Interview. The personal interviews are normally held at the Institute in Ahmedabad.

The following weightage will be assigned to each component of the selection criteria:
