National Power Training Institute (NPTI) Badarpur, New Delhi has invited applications for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Course in Transmission and Distribution Course for 2017 sessions.
Why should you join?
The main aim of this course is to develop pool of technically trained manpower readily available for recruitment to the Indian Power Sector.
The course shall enhance the knowledge and skills of fresh Graduate engineers seeking career in power & allied energy sector and those sponsored by various Power Utilities.
Applicants should be B.E. or Equivalent in Electrical/Power/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Selection of applicants is based on merit and percentage in B.E/B.Tech examination.
Total Seats: 60
Seats are also reserved for applicants sponsored from Power utilities; the number of seats may be changed at the discretion of the NPTI Management.
Reservation: Reservation for OBC/SC/ST/specially abled as per Govt. of India Norms.
Placement: Many reputed companies visit NPTI for campus placement and placement fee is charged from those who are placed through campus. However, placement is not guaranteed.

Applications on plain paper along with the Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.400/- in favour of NPTI, Badarpur payable at New Delhi with Applicant’s name written on its back, with name of the course being applied superscribed on top of envelop containing application should reach on or before December 19th 2016 to “The Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (NR), Badarpur, New Delhi-110044” with one passport size photograph in the following format (i) Name of the Program (ii) Name (iii) Father’s Name (iv) Mother’s Name (v) Date of birth certificate issued.
