BSc Admission 2017 at Indian School of Business and Finance

Indian School of Business and Finance (ISBF) an affiliate centre of University of London (UoL) has invited applications for admissions to the year 2017 for a number of undergraduate programs specializing in Economics, Management & Finance.

Programs Offered – ISBF offers four undergraduate degree programs:

  • BSc. Economics (similar to BSc/BA Hons Economics programme offered at Indian universities)
  • BSc. Economics & Finance
  • BSc. Business & Management (similar to BBA/BBS/BBM programme offered at Indian universities)
  • BSc. Economics & Management (similar to BBE programme offered at Indian universities)

Eligibility Criteria for ISBF New Delhi BSc Admission 2017

Applicants of CBSE, ISC and Other Indian Boards besides IB and A-level can find below the eligibility criteria for admissions to ISBF 2017 UG programs-

CBSE, ISC and Other Indian Boards:

Applicants from CBSE/ ISC Board must have scored minimum 70% marks in aggregate with at least 50% marks in Mathematics in 10th standard.

Applicants from Other Indian Boards must have scored minimum 70% marks in aggregate with at least 50% marks in Mathematics in 12th class Board Exams or minimum 80% marks in Mathematics in 10th class Board Exams.

Applicants from all streams (Science, Humanities or Commerce) can apply for the BSc Economics degree programs.

Applicants applying for BSc Economics Honours (BA Economics Hons) & BSc Economics & Finance programme need to have Mathematics as a subject in Class 12.

IB & A- Level:

Applicants need to be eligible to apply for the programs based on predicted grades issued by their school, before appearing for their IB Diploma/Certificate or A Level examinations.

Applicants applying for BSc Economics Honours (BA Economics Hons) & BSc Economics & Finance programme need to have a minimum of Grade C in Mathematics as a subject at the high school level (Maths HL in IB/ Maths in A Levels).

Applicants need to have a Minimum 1 A Level and 4 O Level or 6 O Level Papers.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises two stages:

ISBF Maths English Test (iMET): It is an entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate programs at ISBF and will be conducted in online mode for a maximum of 2 hours duration. The applicants not belonging to Delhi NCR can appear for the test from their home cities.

Personal Interview: The interview process post the iMET will be conducted in 6 cities across India viz. Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai/Pune.

Class XII Boards score

Co-curricular and Extra-curricular record

Performance in iMET (ISBF Entrance Test)

Performance in Personal Interview

Programs Fees: The Total Tuition Fees for all undergraduate programs is INR 5,00 ,000 per annum and the accommodation fees (applicable for outstation students who avail ISBF residential accommodation) is INR 1,76,000 per annum.

Remittance of application fee – You need to remit an application fee of Rs.2000/- either by Demand Draft/Bank Transfer/Online Payment.

The application fee of ISBF 2016 UG Admissions can be paid by drawing a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of ‘Teamwork Education Foundation’, payable at New Delhi.
