Indian Institute of Science Bangalore invites application for admission to 4year Bachelor of Science (Research) Programme 2017 session.

Eligibility for IISc Bangalore BS Admission 2017
Applicants who have completed their II PUC / 12th Standard in 2016 and those who are expecting to complete their II PUC / 12th Standard in 2017 are eligible to apply.
The applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects during their II PUC / 12th Standard.
Applicants who have studied Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science, etc., in addition to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are also eligible to apply.
The applicants should have secured a first class or 60 percent or equivalent grade (relaxed to pass class for SC/ST applicants) in the II PUC / 12th Standard examination.
Based on the merit list of one of the following national examinations
KVPY-SA [appeared in 2015 and selected for the Fellowship]
KVPY-SB [appeared in 2016 and selected for the Fellowship]
KVPY-SX [appeared in 2016 and selected for the Fellowship]
KVPY Fellows selected through the Empowerment Initiative for SC/ST applicants
IIT-JEE-Main [appearing in 2017 and securing a minimum of 60 percent (GN), 54 percent (OBC-NCL), 30 percent (SC/ST/PH)
IIT-JEE-Advanced appearing in 2017 and securing a minimum of 60 percent (GN), 54 percent (OBC-NCL), 30 percent (SC/ST/PH)
NEET UG appearing in 2017 and securing a minimum of 60 percent (GN), 54 percent (OBC-NCL), 30 percent (SC/ST/PH)
SC / ST / OBC / Physically-Handicapped (PH) and Kashmiri-Migrant (KM) applicants: As per Government of India regulations.
How to Apply..?
The online application may be prepared and submitted by accessing the IISc website www.iisc.ernet.in/ug with effect from February 01st, 2017 to April 28th, 2017.
The application fee is Rs.500/- for GN/OBC/KM candidates and Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PH categories.

Payment of the Application Fee Online Payment, Net-banking, Visa Card / Master Card, Debit / Credit Cards. Offline Payment – SBI Bank branches accept Challan payment across the country.
The bank service charge is extra (to be borne by the applicants).
