Gautam Buddha University Greater Noida has invited applications for eligible applicants to the various courses for 2017 sessions. Currently Admissions are open for courses like (B.Tech-M.Tech/MBA), (B.Arch), (BBA-MBA), (BA-LLB), (M.Sc), (MA), (M.Phil), MPPG and (PhD).

Programs Details and Eligibility Criteria

Integrated Dual Degree Program

B.Tech-M.Tech & MBA: Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bio Technology, Food Processing Technology.

Number of Seats & Duration: 300 Seats (60 each branch); 5 years (10 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST); applicant must pass separately in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 40% marks.

Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch)

Number of Seats & Duration: 40 Seats; 5 years (10 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST); applicant must pass separately in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 40% marks along with NATA score securing minimum 40% marks.

B.Tech in Information Technology (IT)

Number of Seats & Duration: 60 Seats; 4 years (8 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST); applicant must pass separately in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 40% marks.

Integrated Dual Degree Program BBA-MBA

Number of Seats & Duration: 60 Seats; 5 years (10 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with any stream securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

B.Sc

Number of Seats & Duration: 60 Seats; 3 years (6 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST); direct admission based on merit basis in qualifying exam.

B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocational Studies) in Food Processing

Number of Seats & Duration: 30 Seats; (6 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 with Sciences/Agriculture securing minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

BA LLB (5 Year Integrated Program)

Number of Seats & Duration: 120 Seats; 5 years (10 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 any stream securing in aggregate not less than 45% of total marks (40% for SC/ST) is eligible to apply for the program (as per CLAT norms).

BA (Hons.)-MA in Buddhist Studies and Civilization

Number of Seats & Duration: 30 Seats; 5 years (10 Semester).

Eligibility: 10+2 any discipline school/college established by law with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) is eligible to apply.

MBA (Specialization in Human Resource Mgt./ Finance /Marketing /Strategy/Operation/Information)

Number of Seats & Duration: 120 Seats; 2years (4 Semester).

Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized college/University with securing minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Environment Engg and M.Tech in Structural Engg: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, M.Sc in Environment Sciences from any recognized University / College with minimum 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Power System Engg: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, from any recognized University / College with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Bio Technology (3 Years Programs for Science Graduates): Graduates in any discipline of life science, from any University/college established by law, with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Bio Technology (2 Years Programs for Engineering Graduates): B.Tech degree in Bio Technology or any area of Bio Technology or M.Sc (Life Science) from any recognized University / College with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Computer Science: B.E./B.Tech Degree in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering / Computer Technology / or M.Sc (Computer Science and Computer Technology) MCA from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech in Embedded System: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electronics Science / Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or M.Sc (Electronics) from any recognized University / College with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Tech Food Processing and Technology: B.Tech Degree in Food Processing Technology/Food Engineering/Dairy Engg, Agriculture Engineering Bio Technology, Bio Chemical Engineering (or) M.Sc (Food Science/Life Science) from recognized college/University with securing minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Sc Applied Chemistry: Bachelor’s degree with chemistry as one of the subjects for three years/six semester from a recognized college/University with securing minimum 505 marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Sc Applied Physics: Bachelor’s degree with physics as one of the subjects for three years/six semester from a recognized college/university with securing minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Sc Applied Mathematics: Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects for three years / six semester from a recognized college / university with securing minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Sc Environmental Science: Graduation in Science discipline from a recognized college / university with securing minimum 50% marks (40% SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Sc Food Science: Graduation in Food Science/Food and Nutrition/Home Science/Agricultural Engineering from recognized college/university with securing minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

MA (Buddhist Studies and Civilization): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized college / university with minimum 45% marks (for general and OBC) and 40% marks (For SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Phil (Buddhist Studies and Civilization): Minimum qualification MA from a recognized University / college with 55% marks (for SC/ST) or equivalent grade in any relevant subject.

Preference will be given to post graduate students of Buddhist Studies, History, Pali, Sanskrit and Philosophy or equivalent grade.

MA (Applied Psychology, Economics, Planning and Development, English, Hindi, History and Civilization, Political Science and International Relations, Sociology, Urdu, Mass Communication.

Master in Social Work: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized college/university with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

M.Phil in Clinical / Rehabilitation Psychology: Post Graduate in Psychology from a recognized college/university with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade.

PhD (Full Time / Working Professional): School of Bio Technology, School of Buddhist Studies & Civilization, School of Management, School of Vocational Studies & Applied Sciences.

Disciplines: Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Architecture & Planning; Management; Applied Chemistry; Applied Physics; Applied Mathematics and Biotechnology; Law.

GBU Noida OMR Application Form with information brochure can be obtained from University Counter by paying in Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Chairman, Admissions Gautam Buddha University”, payable at New Delhi of Rs.1200/- for General/OBC applicants and Rs.600/- for SC/ST applicants.
