BHMS Course 2017 | Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) 2017

The University of Delhi has been invited applications for admission to Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) 5½ years Course 2017 sessions at Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College, New Delhi.

Number of Seats: 100 seats.

BHMS Eligibility Criteria 2017

For 85% Delhi Quota Seats: The applicants seeking admission to BHMS course must have passed Intermediate/Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE)/Indian School Certificate Exam (12 years course) or any other equivalent exam recognised by the University of Delhi for admission to Undergraduate courses with 60% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English as one of the subject from a recognised school conducting regular classes situated within the National Capital Territory of Delhi (except Patrachar Vidyalaya and Open School).

For 15% All India Quota Seats (except Delhi quota): The applicants from all over India who have passed the prescribed qualifying exam from an Indian University/Board (12 years course) from a recognised school conducting regular classes or any other equivalent exam recognised by the University of Delhi for admission to Undergraduate courses with 60% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English as one of the subject (except Patrachar Vidyalaya and Open School).

Age Limit: The applicant must have attained or will attain 17 (Seventeen) years of age as on 31st December 2017.

Start Date for Online Registration: September 19th 2017

Closing Date for Online Registration: October 06th 2017

BHMS Application Procedure 2017

The application form along with Bulletin of Information may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Homoeopathic Medicines, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, against a crossed M.I.C.R. Bank Draft/ Banker’s Cheque only drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi in the following manner:

By Hand for Rs.750/- (Seven hundred & fifty only) for General/OBC Categories & Rs.550/- (Five hundred fifty only) for SC/ST Categories between 09.30 AM to 03.00 PM on all working days.

By Post for Rs 800/- (Eight hundred only) for General/OBC Categories & Rs 600/- (Six hundred only) for SC/ST Categories along with a self-addressed envelope of 10″ X 8″.

Fee is exempted for persons with Disability (PwD)

Application Form may also be downloaded from websites www.du.ac.in, www.fmsc.ac.in & www.nhmc.delhigovt.nic.in and submit the same duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisites Demand Draft, to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Homoeopathic Medicine, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.
