School of Public Health (SPH), All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Jodhpur, has invited applications for the admission to MPH Course for January 2018 session.
Duration: Full time, two years course.
Number of Seats: 15 (Medical – 07, Non-Medical – 03, Sponsored – 05)
MPH Eligibility Criteria
Medical: (M.B.B.S. / BDS/ AYUSH (Alternative system of Medicine in India) degree.
Non-Medical: (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Veterinary Sciences, Engineering (BE/BTech) with minimum 55% marks. Master’s degree (MA/MSc) with minimum 50% marks in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nutrition, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Agriculture Sciences, Social Sciences or any other Science degree.
Sponsored: (M.B.B.S. / BDS/ AYUSH/ Health Sciences degree with three years experience).
Reservation of Seats
As per Government of India rules (the number of seats is subject to change).
Note: The degree must be recognized by the MCI/DCI/ University Grant Commission/AICTE.
Foreign applicants, who have their medical degrees recognized by Medical Council of India, are required to route their applications through the Govt. of India, MHFW. Vacant seats in any of the above categories may be considered for filling up from other categories.
MPH Selection Process 2017
Through Entrance Examination only.
The applicant would be selected for admission to the MPH program on the basis of written entrance test and personal interview. The successful applicants of written entrance test would be required to appear for a personal interview after the entrance test.
Indian Nationals: Rupees 1 lakh 40 thousand for a period of two years: Rs.35000/- per semester (4 semesters)
International Applicants: $3000.
MPH Application Form
The Applicant should fill his/her online application form available on AIIMS website i.e. www.aiimsjodhpur.edu.in.
Incomplete applications will not be considered, and no correspondence will be entertained in this matter. All particulars in the application form must be filled carefully and legibly.
All claims made in the application must be supported by documentary proof.
Applicants who have obtained their MBBS degree from a Medical College not recognized by the MCI are not eligible to apply. Applicants in employment must forward their application through proper channel. Online Application will be treated as the advance copy of the application.
Application through proper channel should be sent to the Director of the Institute and these must reach the office of Director before the closing date.
Roll Numbers/Admit Cards for appearing in the entrance exam will available for download to eligible applicants approximately 15 days in advance and can be downloaded from the website by logging into their accounts on the website with their respective login id and password.
Roll Numbers/Admit Cards will NOT be sent by post. No TA/DA is admissible for entrance examination or interview.
