Part-time M.Ed Admission 2016 in Acharya Nagarjuna University (Guntur)

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) Guntur has invited applications for admission to part-time Master of Education (M.Ed) programme 2016 sessions.

Duration: M.Ed (Part – Time) course will be of duration of two academic years, each year being of 90 working days with 3 hours per day; 75% Attendance is Compulsory.

Number of Seats: 25 seats (Reservation is applicable as per University rules).

Eligibility Criteria for Part time MEd Admission

Applicants having at least 2 years of experience as Teacher or Administrator and other functionaries connected with office administration, research, curriculum material development, policy-making, teacher education with B.Ed are eligible for admission.

Experience will be calculated from the date of award of the B.Ed degree.

The experience prior to the date of aquirement of B.Ed degree will not be considered.

Applicants must have at least 50 percent marks in Graduate /Post-graduate level and at least 55 percent marks (50 percent of marks in case of SC/ST applicants) in B.Ed or its equalent recognised by Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Fee Details

The Applicants are required to pay Rs.29,000/- (Rupees Twenty nine thousand only) per annum for each year and an amount of Rs.1100/- (Rupees One thousand one hundred only) in addition to the above is to be paid at the time of admission as Admission Processing Fee (excluding Exam fee).

Application Cost: Rs.500/- (Application Fee Rs.100/- plus Application Registration & Processing Fee Rs.400/-).

Applicants can download the Application from University Website www.anupgcet.in

Such applicants have to enclose a Demand Draft (non refundable) for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, payable at Andhra Bank, ANU Campus Branch (Code No. 1508) or State Bank of India, ANU Campus Branch (Code No. 4793).

Applicant should invariably write his/her Name and Address on the reverse side of the DD (DDs drawn on other banks other than mentioned above are not acceptable).
