B.Arch Admission 2018 at Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Ahmedabad
ACPC Ahmedabad B.Arch Admission 2018: Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Ahmedabad has invited application for the admission in 1st year of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Govt., Grant in aid & Self Financed Institutes in Gujarat State on State Quota, Out State Quota of all Institutes and Management Quota surrendered seats of Self-Finance Institutes, Government of Gujarat has decided to carry out the web-based online admission process for 2018 sessions.
ACPC Ahmedabad B.Arch Eligibility Criteria 2018
For Gujarat State Applicants: HSC (Std. 12th) pass with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC / ST / SEBC / UEWS applicants) with Maths/Statistics/Business Maths or Diploma (10+3 pattern with Maths subjects) of any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/UEWS applicants) and qualified in NATA.
In For Out State Applicants: HSC (Std 12th) pass with minimum 50% aggregate marks with Maths / Statistics / Business Maths or Diploma (10+3 pattern with Maths subjects) of any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks and qualified in NATA.
In As per provision in prevailing rules two seats are reserved in M.S. University for applicants who have passed F.Y.B.Sc in the current academic year with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Maths at first trial.
Reservation of Seats
For the purpose of admission, the seats shall be reserved for the applicants who are of Gujarat origin and falling under the following categories and in following proportion, namely:
- Scheduled Castes: 7 %
- Scheduled Tribes: 15%
- Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, including Widows and orphan of any caste: 27%
An applicant seeking admission to reserved seat shall be required to produce a Certificate of Caste:
Provided that the applicant belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes shall be required to produce a certificate to the effect of non-inclusion in Creamy Layer in addition to the caste certificate.
ACPC Ahmedabad B.Arch Admission Procedure 2018
The admission procedure shall be off campus online in the following manner, namely:
The Admission Committee shall prepare merit lists of the eligible applicants who have applied under sub-rule (1) of rule 13, after verification of the documents submitted under sub-rule (5) of rule 13
The merit lists shall be displayed on the website of the Admission Committee and by such other means, as the Committee may consider convenient.
The Admission Committee shall publish the schedule of online counseling program on its website, by advertisement in the prominent newspapers widely circulated in the State, and by such other means, as it may consider convenient.
The applicant shall be required to indicate his order of choices of courses and colleges or institutions, online. Allotment of seats shall be made on the basis of merit, the category of the applicant and availability of seats.
If an applicant, who has paid the fees after getting admission, gets his admission canceled, his fees shall be refunded after completion of the admission process, provided that the seat vacated by him is filled by another applicant.

Web based online admission process on website www.gujacpc.nic.in
Gujarat Board/CBSE/ISCE /NIOS/IB students who have passed HSC Examination (Science Stream) from Gujarat State have to log on to the website www.gujacpc.nic.in from anywhere on the internet for Online Registration.
All applicants are required to sit for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) online test. Please check the information on www.nata.in
The forms will be accepted at participating institutes (architecture institutes) together with Registration fees of Rs.350/- in form of Demand Draft (DD)/Banker’s Cheque in favor of “ACPC-Degree Architecture Admission 2018”, payable at any bank in Ahmedabad.
